תנאי השימוש – Terms and Conditions

1. התשלום עבור עיבוד מאפשר הורדת העותק המלא שלו כקובץ PDF

(בעותק לדוגמא מוצג רק חלק מן העיבוד).

2. רכישת העיבוד מקנה את הזכות לביצוע בלתי מוגבל שלו ע”י הרכב קולי אחד בלבד.

רוכש העיבוד מתחייב שלא לבצעו ע”י הרכבים אחרים

ולא להעבירו להרכבים אחרים ללא אישורו בכתב של בעל האתר.

3. התשלום באתר נעשה באמצעי התשלום הנפוצים, המוכרים והאמינים באינטרנט,

המשולבים באתר זה (PayPal, WooCommerce etc. ).

יחד עם זאת, בעל האתר אינו נושא ולא ישא באחריות כלשהי

בגין תפקודם של מנגנוני תשלום אלו.

התשלום באמצעותם נעשה על אחריותו הבלעדית של המשלם.

1. Payment enables the download of the complete score, in PDF format
(the preview score shows just part of the arrangement).
2. Purchasing the full score gives the right for unlimited use of the arrangement
by one choir or vocal ensemble only. The purchaser agrees not to use the
score for any choir or vocal ensemble other than the one it was
purchased for, without the written permission of the site owner.
3. Payment is done through widespread, well-known and reliable services
integrated in this web site (PayPal, WooCommerce etc.). The owner of this
site shall bear no responsibility for their operation. Any use by you of the
optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and
discretion.
